Ken knows everything about used and new appliances but doesn't make you feel silly for not knowing and patiently answers all your questions. They have done appliance repairs for us for years and I'm thrilled to find out they have new appliances now too. You can count on them to give you the best customer service and a fair price no matter what you are buying. They are looking for lifetime customers instead of quick sales and it shows.
